A. No. Our service is limited to the delivery of water only. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the pool, liner, plumbing, filters, and all related equipment are properly installed, connected, and ready to receive water prior to delivery.

Any water lost due to improper setup, faulty connections, or equipment malfunctions will be the responsibility of the homeowner and may require an additional water delivery at the customer’s expense.
