Most deliveries can typically be scheduled within 1 to 2 days of your call, depending on availability and seasonal demand.
For safety and efficiency, we prefer to pump water from the street in front of your home whenever possible. When placing your order, please provide an estimate of the distance from the street to the nearest edge of your pool so we can ensure the truck is equipped with enough hose for your delivery.
Helpful Tip: An average passenger vehicle is approximately 15 feet long. Estimating how many vehicles could fit between the street and your pool is an easy way to determine the approximate hose distance.
Please ensure the delivery path is accessible by unlocking gates, securing pets, and removing any obstacles before your scheduled delivery.
Before delivery, it is the homeowner’s responsibility to ensure that the pool, liner, plumbing, fittings, valves, and related equipment are properly installed, connected, and ready to receive water.
H2O Boyz Pool Water Supply is not responsible for leaks, equipment failures, improper installations, faulty connections, or any water loss resulting from pool or equipment issues. Any replacement water required due to leaks, improper setup, equipment malfunctions, or other homeowner-related issues will require an additional delivery and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Payment is due in cash at the time of delivery unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance. Please have payment ready when your driver arrives to help ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.
